Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using StreetSpread. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use StreetSpread. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws regarding online prediction markets and sports betting in your jurisdiction.
StreetSpread is an independent data aggregation platform. We display publicly available pricing data from Kalshi, Polymarket, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and Caesars. We do not place, accept, or facilitate any bets or transactions. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, betting, or trading advice.
StreetSpread Pro — $12.99/month (auto-renewing monthly subscription). Includes full access to Sports and Events feeds, The Street editorial column, Calendar, and all market filters.
StreetSpread Premium — $24.99/month (auto-renewing monthly subscription). Includes everything in Pro plus Charts of the Day, AI Analyst, and gap context features.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify prices directly on the source platform before making any decisions.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or systematically download data, to reverse engineer any part of the platform, or to access the platform in any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetSpread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
