Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using StreetSpread. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use StreetSpread. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws regarding online prediction markets and sports betting in your jurisdiction.
StreetSpread is an independent data aggregation platform. We display publicly available pricing data from Kalshi, Polymarket, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and Caesars. We do not place, accept, or facilitate any bets or transactions. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, betting, or trading advice.
StreetSpread Pro — $15/month, or $150/year (auto-renewing subscription). Pro includes the calculated edge on every market, Street Odds (our fair value estimate), 200 AI analyst questions per calendar month, board updates every 60 seconds, and the ability to react and comment on The Street.
Free accounts include every price from every venue we cover, search, watchlists, price alerts, 3 AI analyst questions per calendar month, and board updates every 5 minutes. A free account does not expire.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID Account Settings, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; subscriptions purchased on the web are managed through the billing portal linked in your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify prices directly on the source platform before making any decisions.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or systematically download data, to reverse engineer any part of the platform, or to access the platform in any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetSpread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
