StreetSpread ("we," "us," or "our") operates the StreetSpread platform at streetspread.com and the StreetSpread mobile application. We provide tools for tracking and analyzing prediction market pricing across platforms.

Account information: Email address, username, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Waitlist information: Email address if you join our waitlist.
Usage data: How you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version for the mobile application.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the StreetSpread platform
To manage your account and subscription
To send transactional emails (account confirmations, subscription receipts)
To communicate product updates (you may opt out at any time)
To improve platform performance and user experience

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Stripe — payment processing
Klaviyo — email communications (unsubscribe at any time)
Service providers — only as necessary, under confidentiality agreements
Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Request deletion by emailing support@streetspread.com. Subscription records may be retained for tax and legal compliance.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Age Restrictions

StreetSpread is strictly intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that a user under 21 has created an account, we will terminate that account and delete associated data. 8. Your Rights

9. Third-Party Links

StreetSpread links to DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Kalshi, and Polymarket. This policy does not apply to those platforms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
